Don't worry! As long as the dumpster is still available we allow extensions for $25 a day for up to a total of 14 days per rental. On the 15th day we will allow you to renew your rental for the initial booking price.

We do our best to give you a direct price with our rentals, but do to the nature of our business not everything can be stated in black and white. We charge $0.07 per pound for disposal weight above the included amount. Not all service options include any of the disposal. If you put in prohibited items, request time extensions, or exceed weight allowances you will receive a final bill before closing out your rental which will be charged to the card on file.

Delivering a dumpster curbside is definitely possible, but does require a bit of extra work and planning. It will require a permit from your city before we are able to leave the dumpster on any public property.

Yes. We limit our dumpsters to a 5 Ton capacity. As a general rule: Residential Trash in a 15 or 20 yard dumpster will never exceed 5 tons, but a Remodeling or Construction Material project has the potential to reach or exceed our weight limits. Most remodeling projects won't but you should research the material types you are disposing of to figure out it's projected weight. We do not allow Dirt, Concrete, or SOD in our dumpsters by default. Roofing material and Commercial flooring projects are the most likely to reach 5 tons of disposal.

You are allowed to load the dumpster up to "Water Level" with the top. You may not load above the "Maximum Fill Line" which is located at the top of the dumpster. If you exceed the maximum fill line we reserve the right to offload the materials above the top and charge the card on fill for overloading it. If the overloading is deemed excessive we will leave the dumpster in place and charge the appropriate fees until it is corrected.

No you do not. We do ask however that if there is anything special about the job or placement location of the dumpster, you will express it clearly in advance. Things like gate codes, special requests for drop location, or tight spaces (such as mobile home parks or alleyways) can complicate things if they are not disclosed prior. If we are unable to deliver a dumpster using our better judgement you will likely have to pay a dry run fee for us to return and attempt it again with proper instructions.
