The 25 Yard dumpster is 16' long, by 7.5' wide, and 5'8" tall. It is great great for extra large residential or commercial clean outs, commercial roofing (TPO) projects, brush removal, and construction sites.
By default we include 3 or 7 days in our 25 yard dumpster service. Additional days may be purchased for $25 a day, up to a total of 14 days.
By default our 25 yard dumpster service includes 2 tons of disposal. Additional disposal will be billed at $0.06 per lb in most cases, with a maximum weight allowance of 5 tons. If you are concerned about exceeding 5 tons, please reach out to us to discuss your options before booking.
The contents of the bin must be "water level" with the top of the container. We try to be reasonable about some objects being slightly above, but think of it this way... If your loved ones were driving in the vehicle behind me, how would you want the container loaded? We want to ensure everyone from our drivers to the other people on the road make it home safely.
Almost certainly! The 25 yard container is perfect for a residential home or even the parking space of a apartment complex or office building. It takes about the same amount of room as a large SUV.
Customers often inquire about the process for scheduling, including how much notice is needed and whether they need to be present for delivery or pickup. The simple answer is NO! You are not required for delivery or pick up, but it would be helpful to know if you have any special requests in advance! Please describe where you'd like the dumpster, and possibly even call us to make sure we're all on the same page.

If you are considering a 25-yard dumpster, this here is our 25-yard container. It is just above 6 feet tall on the outside. So if you are loading it—I’m 6’2″, to give you an example—it’s going to be a little bit above your head.
The inside dimension is 68 inches. It is 16 feet long and 7.5 feet wide, if that helps you understand the size a bit better.
The one huge benefit to our 25-yard container versus someone else’s possibly 30- or 40-yard container is that because this is only 16 feet long, it means we can get a dumpster into a lot of these tighter residential neighborhoods.
It also has a rear door you can access. So, if you need to, you can pull this pin, that pin, release the chain, and once that handle is pulled, the door opens. It’s very easy to walk up into, step your items in, and dispose of whatever you need to.
Not only do I have the space to drop it off—I also have the space to open the door. People can come out of the garage, do whatever they need to as far as loading goes.
These are fantastic for household cleanouts. If you think you have more than a 20-yard dumpster’s worth of stuff, I would highly recommend getting a 25-yard container.
A lot of construction projects that don’t have too much very heavy material are also perfect for a 25-yard container. A mix of drywall and wood? Not going to be a problem.
If you do have a lot of stucco, roofing material, things along those lines, we might have to go down a size just to help with the weight.
But for the most part, a 25-yard container is very versatile, very large, and very good for most of your projects.
