Contractor 10 Cubic Yard Dumpster FAQS

The 10 Yard dumpster is 14′ long, by 7.5′ wide, and 3′ tall. It is great for the average single family homes kitchen or bathroom remodel, flooring removal, small garage or house clean out with limited furniture, small roofing projects, log or small brush removal, and post construction clean ups for things such as boxes and general trash.

By default we include 3 or 7 days in our 10 yard dumpster service. Additional days may be purchased for $20 a day, up to a total of 14 days.

We include 1 ton of disposal with each service, however we do also offer FLAT rate pricing for slightly more. If you select the 1 ton included pricing option, additional disposal will be billed at $0.07 per lb. Our maximum weight allowance in ANY dumpster we provide is 5 tons. If you are concerned about exceeding 5 tons, please reach out to us to discuss your options before booking.

The contents of the bin must be “water level” with the top of the container. We try to be reasonable about some objects being slightly above, but think of it this way… If your loved ones were driving in the vehicle behind me, how would you want the container loaded? We want to ensure everyone from our drivers to the other people on the road make it home safely.

Almost certainly! The 10 yard container is perfect for a residential home or even the parking space of an apartment complex or office building. It takes about the same amount of room as an SUV.

Once completed please call/text us when you’re done or fill out this form. We will plan to pick up the container at some point shortly after completing your service period, but if you communicate your needs before pick up we may be able to accommodate extensions or special requests.
