The 10 Yard dumpster is 14' long, by 7.5' wide, and 3' tall. It is great for the average single family homes kitchen or bathroom remodel, flooring removal, small garage or house clean out with limited furniture, small roofing projects, log or small brush removal, and post construction clean ups for things such as boxes and general trash.
By default we include 3 days in our 10 yard dumpster service. Additional days may be purchased for $25 a day, up to a total of 14 days.
By default our 10 yard dumpster service includes 1 ton of disposal. Additional disposal will be billed at $0.06 per lb in most cases, with a maximum weight allowance of 5 tons. If you are concerned about exceeding 5 tons, please reach out to us to discuss your options before booking.
The contents of the bin must be "water level" with the top of the container. We try to be reasonable about some objects being slightly above, but think of it this way... If your loved ones were driving in the vehicle behind me, how would you want the container loaded? We want to ensure everyone from our drivers to the other people on the road make it home safely.
Almost certainly! The 10 yard container is perfect for a residential home or even the parking space of a apartment complex or office building. It takes about the same amount of room as an SUV.
Customers often inquire about the process for scheduling, including how much notice is needed and whether they need to be present for delivery or pickup. The simple answer is NO! You are not required for delivery or pick up, but it would be helpful to know if you have any special requests in advance! Please describe where you'd like the dumpster, and possibly even call us to make sure we're all on the same page.

This one in particular is going to be 36 inches tall, 14 feet long, 7 1/2 feet wide.
This is great for a lot of kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, flooring, tile. If you are cleaning up around the house, if you’re just getting stuff out of the garage, you don’t have a bunch of big bulky furniture — good size, nice, small, compact — gets rid of a bunch of the just random bags and boxes of stuff.
If you do have larger furniture — couches, mattresses — you may be able to fit one or two of those items in here. But if you have multiple, you might consider jumping up to a 15-yard — just a little higher sidewall so you don’t have stuff going up above the top.
But if you are a contractor, for example, this is a perfect size for smaller remodeling and construction projects.
Most people will not even open up the door because it’s so easy to sideload. You can see I’m 6’2″, just a little bit above my waist here to the top of the wall — nice and easy to throw objects in.
If you do need to get into the back for whatever reason, you can pull these pins, release the chain, pull that lever, and that door is opened up for you. So you can walk your items in nice and low. You can easily step up into it.
Any kind of smaller household or remodeling project — this is the perfect dumpster for you.
