For the best practices for disposal, please contact us and ask questions. We want to find the best way to accomplish your project, which can save you money as well. We allow a large variety of debris types such as household, construction, and yard waste. If you have a mix of two or more debris types – thats fine too! We can offer you the savings or convenience to make your project a breeze.
Things such as televisions, fridges with screens, computer monitors, and screened medical equipment can cost us additional funds to dispose of.
Our primary transfer station does NOT accept food and will charge us a $100 reloading fee if we dump it there. We must go to the proper facility to dispose of it properly.
We DO NOT want paint in our dumpsters under ANY circumstances. We will however work with you to dispose of it. Simply place your paint cans in front of the dumpster and we will haul it away safely for an additional fee.
Large batteries such as lawnmower or car batteries must be recycled properly. So do tires of all sizes larger then a standard wheel barrel. Small batteries for household items and toys are welcome to be disposed of.

15 Yard Dumpsters are a great option for most residential remodels and even a large majority of house hold clean outs. If you are getting rid of a few pieces of old furniture and miscellaneous items from around the house or doing a kitchen or bathroom remodel then a 15 yard dumpster should work well for you. If you're doing a whole house clean out or possibly demoing multiple rooms, then you may consider a 20 yard dumpster instead.
Items such as explosives, large batteries, hazardous materials, and bio waste for example are completely prohibited. There are other items we do NOT want in the dumpster, but for a fee we will dispose of for you. Paint, Screened electronics (screens over 12"), Tires, and Food all need to be disclosed before disposal so we can guide you through the process for removal.
Don't worry! As long as the dumpster is still available we allow extensions for $25 a day for up to a total of 14 days per rental. On the 15th day we will allow you to renew your rental for the initial booking price.
We allow you to fine tune your dumpster service with multiple options for time and weight when you place the order. As long as you do not request additional days, exceed your weight allowance, and follow the service guidelines there should be no additional charges. If you do exceed your selected weight allowance we will charge $0.07 per pound for disposal at the end.
Delivering a dumpster curbside is definitely possible, but does require a bit of extra work and planning. It will require a permit from your city before we are able to leave the dumpster on any public property.
